Manav Rachna University (MRU), established under the Haryana State Legislature Act No. 26 of 2014, is a leading private state university in Haryana, India, recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The university has earned prestigious recognitions, including an “A” grade from NAAC (2024 – 2029) and NBA accreditation for its B.Tech. CSE program (2023–2026). MRU is also the first university in India to be accredited with the International Baccalaureate (IB), reflecting its commitment to global education standards..

The Quality Assurance & Accreditation (QAA) at Manav Rachna University is committed to upholding the highest standards in higher education by implementing systematic assessment, accreditation, and continuous enhancement strategies. Our objective is to ensure that all academic and administrative functions align with national and international benchmarks, fostering an environment of excellence and accountability. Through rigorous monitoring, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement, QAA supports the university in achieving institutional effectiveness, innovation, and global competitiveness.
Levels of Quality Enhancement
MRU ensures quality enhancement at three distinct levels:
- Institutional Level: Focused on academic and administrative improvements through curriculum development, faculty development, student engagement, extracurricular activities, and infrastructure enhancement, aligning with the university’s vision and mission.
- National Level: Achieved through accreditation and recognition from statutory bodies such as UGC, AICTE, NAAC, NIRF, NBA, BCI, and NCTE. External assessments, rankings, and industry collaborations further contribute to national-level quality enhancement.
- International Level: Strengthened through global partnerships, faculty and student exchange programs, collaborative research, international internships, and participation in global ranking frameworks like THE and QS.
