Placement

In the era of globalization and industrialization, MRIIRS is committed to nurture young minds and bring out talent from students, thereby enabling them an easy access placement of their choice. MRIU believes that our students would prosperous and bring laurels to the companies where they join. The institution has a centralized placement cell, CRC to interact with industries and acting as a liaison between industries and the academia. Department of Biotechnology has a faculty member(placement co-ordinator) who is looking after the placement activities at departmental level. The students of the last three years are placed in reputed industries/companies/organizations like Medanta Research Lab, PiVerse India Pvt Ltd, Titan Biotech, Cipla, Zyme Biosciences, Life Cell International, J. Mitra etc. The students are made aware about Civil Services, Defense Services, and other competitive examinations. The faculty provides guidance for admission tests like GATE, GRE, TOEFL, CAT and other competitive examinations specific to biotechnology (CSIR-NET, ICMR-JRF, DBT-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, PM-Research Fellowship and various state fellowships). Apart from placement, students who are willing to go for higher studies crack national as well as  international level examinations and are pursuing M.Tech/PhD from institutes of higher repute.
