(If the number of teaching days fall less due to some unforeseen reasons, it should be the responsibility of concerned faculty member and HOD to cover the course by engaging extra classes). All the HODs shall prepare the details of Activity Calendar for their respective department accordingly.
Each Course Coordinator will chalk out the lesson plan for the subject in consultation with all other faculty members taking that subject and the students should be kept informed about the weekly teaching schedule for each subject.
