I- Merit preparation / short listing of candidates shall be on the basis of score in SAT/MRNAT
II- Merit in Qualifying Exam

Eligibility Criteria
Pass in 10+2 Examination/Equivalent Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate in 5 subjects including English as compulsory subject along with 4 subjects with the highest score out of the remaining subjects.

Course Structure



B.Com (Hons) with ACCA Certification:

Student undertaking B.Com (Hons.) with ACCA courses will have Thirteen ACCA papers integrated within the program. Students need to complete thirteen papers for an ACCA qualification. Nine papers are exempted in ACCA knowledge and skills modules. The student can write the ACCA Four Professional Level papers from the second year.B.Com (Hons) with ACCA helps the students finish ACCA Professional qualification without much additional training since the curriculum is already integrated or embedded in the B.Com (Hons) syllabus. ACCA is an internationally recognized certification. Students studying B.Com (Hons) with ACCA get to study all the aspects essential for commerce and business, ranging from accounting, taxation, marketing, management, reporting, law, government compliances along with regular B.Com subjects. B.Com (Hons) with ACCA candidates get job in areas of audit and assurance, business development, business restructuring, commercial finance, compliance and risk, consulting and advisory, corporate and business accounting, corporate finance etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Admission process for B.Com (Hons) with ACCA is similar to the normal admission process in B.Com (Hons) program. To enrol in B.Com (Hons) plus ACCA students need to fulfill the below-mentioned criteria.

  • Candidates must have passed the 10+2 from a recognized board.
  • Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 examination.


Students need to complete thirteen papers for an ACCA qualification* out of which nine papers are exempted in ACCA knowledge and skills modules. The student is required to write only the ACCA Four Professional Level papers from the second year.

Placement Opportunities

After qualifying, graduates and post-graduates may be employed by MNCs, Business Houses, Manufacturers and Export Houses in finance and taxation departments. They can choose to work with Stock Broking firms, Banks, Insurance Companies and Mutual Funds. Areas like Trading/ Selling/ Marketing, Government Services, Actuarial Services, Consultancy in all fields of Commerce, Own business, Practice in accounts and taxation, Academic positions, e-Business, Stock market operations, Retail sector. Managerial positions in the corporate world, CA firm etc. are also open to qualified students.
