Ms. Manpreet Kaur, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science and Technology, Manav Rachna University, was invited as a Speaker on the topic “Machine Learning” in IEEE Women in Engineering full one day workshop on “Machine Learning using Python”. The event was organized by J.C. Bose YMCA University in collaboration with IEEE Women In Engineering Delhi Section Affinity Group. Final year B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering student Ujjwal Gaur, was also invited to present his talk on “IEEE Awareness” to motivate students to conduct more activities in IEEE Student Branch.

Google Cloud Readiness Faculty Event on 27 September 2019 at Google Bengaluru
Ms. Gaganjot Kaur and Mr. Anup Singh Kushwaha, Assistant Professors, Computer Science & Technology Department, Manav Rachna University, attended One day “Google Cloud Readiness Faculty Event” on 27 September 2019 at Google Bengaluru. Mr. Srinivasan and Ms. Nikhila Gudipati, Training Specialist, Google, discussed about Google Cloud and how Google Cloud Platform is benefitting companies and students by making them industry ready.
Later in session they discussed various ideas to equip faculty members to teach Google Cloud and get students Cloud ready. Faculty members also did hands-on with GCP – Google Developer Essentials – ATP partner which gave them more exposure to do on-site project. The overall event was very valuable and will help faculty members to train & guide students with better perspective.
