Registration Procedure

Registration and payment Procedure

  1. Download the given requisition form (in MS word format).
  2. Fill in the all the details along with consent to terms and condition.
  3. Mention the instrument to be used.
  4. Fill the number of samples and its specifications.
  5. Calculate the total charges to be paid. 
  6. (For example: if you have 10 samples to be measured by FTIR then total charge is; 10 x 500 = 5000. Then add 18% GST i.e., 900 Rs. So total payment is 5000 + 900 = 5900 Rs.). 
  7. For internal users (MRU, MRDC, MRIIRS etc.) only 20% charges are applicable. 
  8. Pay the amount in the account details shared and note the UTR number which is to be mentioned in the form.
  9. Save the payment slip (in PDF or JPEG format). 
  10. Send the filled requisition form and Payment slip to email ID: uic@mru.edu.in or submit in person.
  11. On receiving the request, appointment time will be shared with the user.
  12. Please visit the facility in the allotted slot and bring a cd for data collection.
