Manav Rachna Educational Institutions have indeed come a long way across a glorious journey of 18 long years. Steeped in the philosophy of Manav Rachna “Vidyanatariksha”—the “reality of inner vision or root of all knowledge”–the institution has been fulfilling its core promise of providing ‘vidya’ (knowledge and information) to countless students who have set foot in this reputed institution, eager to fulfill their dreams and aspirations. Manav Rachna, for its part, is the culmination of a long cherished dream as envisioned by Founder Chairman Dr O.P. Bhalla, whose tremendous foresight, incredible prudence and missionary passion has led to the creation of this path-breaking institution.
Today, we are committed to carrying on his legacy of excellence, creating new frontiers in quality education, introducing innovative and cutting edge courses and establishing Manav Rachna as a visible symbol of knowledge to stand distinctly apart.
It is with immense pleasure that I greet students and knowledge seekers to this educational hub and infrastructural grandeur. Even as we groom and equip our students with the latest skills and technology, we have not forgotten our roots, helping our students embrace modernity in the backdrop of an Indian ethos and culture.
Our aim has been to inculcate among our students, the importance of value education, requiring the highest ideals of service, enabling students to make moral judgments based on sound reasoning. Those who become a part of the Manav Rachna family are also inspired to work towards the upliftment of society, following in the footsteps of Founder Visionary Dr O.P. Bhalla, who made philanthropy his life’s reason for existence.
In a humble attempt to further his vision, the Dr. O P Bhalla Foundation, a trust with philanthropy as its sole objective, has been carrying forward the philanthropic vision of Dr. O.P. Bhalla. The Foundation has been undertaking developmental activities, research and training in various fields, such as education, sustainable development and environmental protection, gender equality, health and well-being. At every step of our journey, we have been entrusting our students with responsibilities and helping them to face global challenges with positivity and pride. As our students bond with values and quality education, they evolve with time into responsible and honourable citizens of the future. In essence, they learn to lead from the front and become ‘better human beings’.
