Carrying forward the legacy of Founder SMB Chairman PadmaShri Late Dr. Pritam Singh, concrete directions towards superior delivery and a strong industry- academia connect have been identified under the guidance and present chairmanship of Mr. S Y Siddiqui, Executive Advisor, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. The HR Round Table is one of the directions to understand the role of HR as a function and the role HR leaders play in enabling sustained success. This congregation of HR luminaries is presented under the leadership of Mr. Rajeev Dubey, Chairman, HR Round table Programme, Group President (HR & Corporate Services) & CEO (After- Market Sector), Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

The event will throw light on changing models of leadership, what has shifted and what should be adopted.
