Q1 What is the eligibility criterion for admission in bed programme?
Ans.1 Candidates having passed with minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination that is graduation in any discipline shall be eligible to apply for admission to a B. Ed program.
Relaxation in Marks: for the purpose of determining minimum eligibility criteria, percentage of marks more than 0.50 and above shall be rounded off to 1.
A further relaxation of 5% marks in minimum eligibility criteria for admission in this program shall be given to:
- The female candidates
- Sports Personnel (with authorized participation at National Level), Son/Daughter of Defense Personnel and Foreign Nationals.
A relaxation in cut- off percentage upto 10% subject to minimum eligibility requirements will be given to Kashmiri migrants
Q2. What is the process of admission to the program?
Ans.2. Candidate needs to fill online form at our website www.apply.manavrachna.edu.in with the prescribed fee. Admission shall be made on merit on MRNAT+GD/PI
Vacant seats(if any) shall be filled on merit in the qualifying exam.
Q.3. What is our reservation policy for Graduate programmes?
Ans.3. Manav Rachna University presently follows the reservation policy as under:
- NRI/ Foreign National / PIO seats: 15% in all programmes / courses.
- General Seats: 85% (25% seats are reserved for Haryana domicile students, of which 10% seats are for the scheduled castes of Haryana).

Ans.4. The duration of the course(Except Certification and pg Diploma) is two years (four semesters). The maximum duration to complete the program is three years.

Ans.5. For a program, the academic year shall normally comprise Odd semester (Jan to May), Even semester (Aug to Dec).

Ans.11. Yes, all students will be going for teaching practices according to NCTE Guidelines.

Ans.13. University buses are commuting all over Delhi NCR. Fees structure gets revised every year.

Q.15. If result is awaited for qualifying examination can we apply for the courses?
Ans.15. Yes, a provisional admission can be provided to those candidates whose result is awaited of qualifying examination. But once the result is declared candidates are obliged to submit the result in university as soon as possible.
Q.16. Does MRU arrange for Educational loan through banks?
Ans.16. Educational loans are provided by all Nationalized Banks. And the individual student has to approach the Bank of his/her choice.
Q.17. Is the loan facility available only to candidates who belong to NCR?
Ans.17. No, loan facility is available for students all over India subject to fulfillment of conditions stipulated by the bank extending the education loan.
