Cialfo-Session with Prof. Catherine
On 24th Feb 2023, CDC Team with Team Cialfo organized Interaction Session with Prof. Catherine Reading from Durham University UK, at 9:00am in G Block Mandala, Manav Rachna University. The Cialfo Team included Mr. Sachin, University Enrollment Advisor and Ms. Namrata, Asstt. Director Cialfo.
The session was attended by Pre-Final & Final Year UG students of the following Schools:
– School of Law
– School of Education & Humanities
– School of Management & Commerce
– School of Applied Sciences
Professor Catherine talked about the various courses that Durham university offers, the scholarship opportunities, and the upcoming online and offline professional development program for students. She scrolled through the university website and explained how students can find relevant information about the application requirements, fee etc. She also answered queries from the students regarding entry requirements, food, accommodation and cost of living. She left a few brochures and handouts about the university, courses and staff that are available for reference.
This was followed by a presentation about Cialfo on how, in collaboration with CDC, they can help students in studying abroad and also that the entire services from choosing course, country, understanding application requirements, admissions, visa assistance is available FREE for students in the campus itself.
Students’ attendance in the event was satisfactory.
