One Week Online Short-Term Training Programme on Machine Learning
The department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS), organized an AICTE sponsored One Week Online Short-Term Training Programme (STTP) on Machine Learning, from 12th October to 17th October 2020 through the online mode.
A total of about 175 delegates virtually attended the training program across the world. The program witnessed numerous experts across India from renowned organizations like International Institute of Technology, Delhi; National Institute of Technology, Odisha; Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi; National Institute of Agricultural Economics and Policy Research, Delhi; SEST, Jamia Hamdard, Delhi; Central University of Kerala, Kerala; Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, Andhra Pradesh; IS&E, JSS Science and Technology University, Karnataka; University of Delhi; Chandigarh College of Engineering & Technology, Chandigarh; Synopsys India Pvt Ltd; Sapient Global Markets, New Delhi; Highlighter; RecogX.AI.
The 16 sessions were highly informative and contributed insights on various advanced and innovative research ideas of Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Big Data Analytics.

The valedictory session commenced on 17th October 2020, at 3:00 pm in the presence of dignitaries such as Prof. (Dr.) Brijesh Kumar, Brijesh Kumar, Associate Dean Academics, MRIIRS, Prof. (Dr.) Geeta Nijhawan Associate Dean, FET, MRIIRS, Prof (Dr.) Supriya P. Panda, Head, Dept. of CSE, FET, MRIIRS shared the significance and need of the STTP Programme, emphasizing its applicability in varied areas, and presented a Vote of Thanks to all the Dignitaries, Esteemed Speakers & Participants of the STTP program.
All the sessions were highly informative and enlightening. Both delegates and participants appreciated the efforts of the CSE, FET, MRIIRS groups for conducting such an impactful well-organized Short-Term Training Programme.
