Lecture on “Inventing new life using Technology”
Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of MRU organized an Alumni Lecture on “Inventing new life using Technology” on 5th August 2016 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in I Block Auditorium. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Rajiv Rai Bhatia, an Alumnus of 2011 batch. The lecture was attended by 100 students and 4 Faculty members of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department.
Mr. Rajiv is working as Sr. Software Engineer, in Globallogic, Noida, India. The guest speaker was heartily welcomed by Ashna Saxena, a 7th Semester student of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. The session was very interactive and students participated enthusiastically.
Mr. Rajiv discussed with students about IoT and its interfacing with arduino and its architecture. He started his lecture by introductory video on technology and how technology impacts our life. He discussed about different microcontroller and their interfacing device. He also discussed with students how to convert your idea in product having real time application. He motivated the students by sharing his own experience in Microsoft Imagine Cup 2010.
As a conclusion note he discussed about “How IoT will impact human life in future?”. He was presented with a memento by ECE Faculty Mrs. P.M. Arivananthi and a student Ritika Raju as a gesture of thanks.
