Department of Education hosted Autism Cultural Fest
Department of Education and Humanities, MRU recently hosted an exhibition and cultural event on campus to commemorate Autism Awareness Month. The Department of Physiotherapy, FAHS and other health departments from MRIIRS contributed their services as part of the event. The goal was to plan a series of activities to raise awareness of autism spectrum illness. The Department of Physiotherapy advised parents of children with Autism on how physiotherapy can assist in developing balance, coordination, and intellectual capacities in these special children.
Dr. Priyanka Sethi, Dr. Sunita Kumari, and other team members outlined to the parents the underlying difficulties and how a physiotherapist may assist in overcoming the hurdles of ASD and achieving daily success.
Music, singing, and a fashion display were among the programs/performances that these particular children from various schools in Delhi/NCR put on. These unique students come from different Delhi/NCR schools. It was a captivating event-driven to a degree of emotional state and intensity.
The show came to a close with a reward ceremony celebrating the gifted children with Autism.
