When I joined Manav Rachna in August 2013, I was an average student. My real journey started when I got an opportunity to work in a projectcompetition sponsored by Accenture. It was a team work and our project got selected in top 10 from all over India. I gave my sleepless nights for that Project for over 3 months and managed to achieve success.
It was then I actually realized my real passion and what qualities I need to improve upon. I worked on my leadership skills, technical & analytical skills. Manav Rachna faculty members along with CDC & CRC team played an important role for the same.
I was willing to walk extra miles to achieve success and got several opportunities to work with the brands like Accenture, TCS and SuKam during my engineering period.
I got placed with Accenture during the on-campus placement drive. But destiny had something else in my store. After extensive three rounds of interviews conducted by Samsung R&D, Noida, my skills got recognized and my hardwork paid. I finally got placed with a package of Rs 7 lakhs per annum, with 5 lakhs of medical and accidental insurance cover.
Looking forward for an amazing experience at Samsung R&D.
B.Tech. CSE 8th semester (2013-17 Batch) student of Manav Rachna International University Mahak Lamba, has been selected for internship by LinkedIn with a stipend of Rs 40,000/- per month. She underwent a series of telephonic and Skype interviews for almost two months, before she was finally selected as Site Reliability Intern at LinkedIn, Bangalore.
