Apart from her current role as Managing Director, Subros, she has held remarkable and significant portfolios with various public and private limited companies. She joined Subros in 2000 after a short stint with Six Continents, UK and Reebok India. She has more than 11 years of experience in the Automotive and Telecom industries. Ms Marwah is a critical part of the change management process in Subros and is responsible for strategy formulation and deployment. Subros Ltd is India’s largest auto air conditioning maker in reference to the economy.
She is a highly focused and confident individual who though being a hard disciplinarian brings humility in everything she thinks and does.
