BBA in Retail and Sales Management – MRIIRS

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)- Retail and Sales Management in association with Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI) + Spencers under Degree Apprenticeship Programme is a 3 years Undergraduate Program which aims at providing skills, knowledge along with practical training to make the learner industry ready. It is an apprenticeship – based degree program duly floated by Government of India and approved by UGC.

Criteria for Preparation of Merit list
Merit preparation / short listing of candidates shall be on the basis of score in SAT/MRNAT 2022/ Marks in Qualifying Examination
Eligibility Criteria
Pass in 10+2 Examination / Equivalent Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate in 5 subjects including English as compulsory subject along with 4 subjects with the highest score out of the remaining subjects.
Note: Manav Rachna now accepts Pearson Test Score for admission



Salient Features

  • Three days in a week classroom teaching and three days on the job training in a Spencer Retail private Limited starting from first semester.
  • Online registration on National Apprenticeship Portal and payment of stipend in the range of Rs. 7000-9000 per month.
  • Programme approved by Retail Skill Sector Council, National Skill Development Corporation, GoI in collaboration with Spencer Retail.
  • Government Certificate of apprenticeship training
  • Additional Certification as Retail Team leader (NSQF Level 5), Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI), under National Skill Development Corporation of India (NSDC)
  • Skills & Practical training will be imparted by Industry partners in the domain of Retail & Sales sector.
