Ans. Provisional admission would be given on MRNAT basis. For M.Sc. Physics program, minimum eligibility is 50% in B.Sc. (pass) with Physics and Mathematics as major subject/B.Sc. (Hons.) Physics program or more marks in relevant subjects. 

Q3. For entrance exams is there any prescribed syllabus for students? 

Ans. It isbased on General aptitude, English, Quantitative aptitude along with syllabus based on BSc Physics program. Sample of the question paper is available on the website.

Ans. No, loan facility is available for students all over India subject to fulfillment of conditions stipulated by the bank extending the education loan.

Ans. The regular curriculum classes are held from Monday to Friday.

 1.      Why MRU for M.Sc. Mathematics?

●  M.Sc. – Candidates having passed in B.Sc. or B.Sc. (Hons) Maths with 50% or more marks in relevant subject.

●  Merit preparation/ short listing of candidates shall be on the basis of score in MRNAT/ Graduation Qualifying Examination.

3.      What is the Reservation policy?

ManavRachna University presently follows the reservation policy as under:

  • NRI/Foreign National/PIO seats: 15% in all programs/courses.
  •  General Seats: 95% (25% seats are reserved for Haryana domicile students, of which 10% seats are for the SC candidates of Haryana).
  • Kashmiri Migrants: 1 seat over and above the normal intake in all the UG programs.

4.      What is MRNAT?

Manav Rachna National Admission Test (MRNAT). MRNAT shall be conducted by the University across various disciplines, for which syllabus would be available on the ‘Admission’ link on MRU Website. All applicants are instructed to follow the MRU website on regular basis for date of counseling and other details related to the admission process.
