About Us

Ongoing pandemic had made us learn this and had forced us to re-think-re-learn and re-plan for a better future. Entrepreneurs form the backbone of any Economy. Governments all over the world have initiated many policy measures to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in their countries. Considering that women constitute almost 50% of the population it is natural to assume that they should be participating equally and contributing towards the growth and economy of the nation. Global pandemic has only reinforced the need to have women in leadership roles as their different perspectives, intuition, skills and relationship-building can help solve problems in meaningful, innovative ways across business functions. Researchers support the view that gender equality enhances economic productivity with improved development outcomes for the next generation.

As per Mckinsey report of 2020, emerging economies have accounted for almost two-thirds of the world’s GDP growth and more than half of new consumption over the past 15 years. Yet economic performance among individual countries varies substantially. The growth-and-development economists over the decades have highlighted that have driven growth in emerging economies can be attributed to the growth of globally competitive, nimbly managed, and highly productive Business These businesses not only help in boosting GDP but that they also are catalysts for change at home. Hence they are of immense importance. Therefore for real empowerment of emerging economies the role of all, entrepreneurs, women and businesses is critical.
