Samkalp Vedhik IAS Academy Introductory Session

On 2nd November 2022 – Wednesday, Samkalp Vedhik IAS Academy held an informative session in collaboration with Career Development Centre for interested students in their Coaching Program for UPSC Civil Services Examination and other Government Exams.

The seminar was conducted by DR G Prasanna Kumar (IAS) and Dr Babu Sebastian, on behalf of the academy.  On behalf of the Career Development Centre – Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, Dr. Hanu Bhardwaj – Director CDC, Mr. Nitesh – Dy Director CDC along with Vipin Yadav-CDC, and other trainers attended the session. 

 Dr. G Prasanna Kumar, (Retired-IAS) is the former Chief Secretary Haryana & currently appointed as President, Samkalp Vedhik IAS Academy. Presently he is associated with ‘Jan Kalyan Shiksha Samitee’ as President and their civil service coaching academy ‘Samkalp’. He is also functioning as Vice Chairman, Indian Institute of Public Administration. 

Dr. Babu Sebastian Former VC, MG & Kannur Universities & Chancellor, and is currently serving as Chancellor Vedhik IAS Academy, Kochi and Chancellor Samkalp Vedic IAS Academy, New Delhi.

The session was hosted by Mr.Vipin and was concluded by Dr. Hanu Bhardwaj and Mr. Nitesh.

The session was attended by the interested students from across the university.

The whole agenda of the session was to counsel and inform students about the UPSC – Civil Services Examination and clear their doubts and questions regarding the same. All aspects including pattern of the exam, syllabus, and preparation strategy and eligibility criteria was discussed.

All programmes that are offered by the academy were discussed with the students. In the end, various doubts from the students regarding the exam and coaching program were cleared. It was a pleasure for us and for our students to have such eminent personalities for the guidance. We are looking forward to the academy for more such sessions and programs for our students.
