Manav Rachna Duo-Debate Tournament was organized by Clan Forest Rhinos of Manav Rachna Life Skills Programme
The first edition of Manav Rachna Duo-Debate Tournament was organized by Clan Forest Rhinos of Manav Rachna Life Skills Programme recently. A debate fosters the art of reading, thinking and speaking together at once. Debating enhances a learner’s confidence poise and self-esteem, further it helps a student to think beyond the curriculum and demonstrate their critical thinking. 132 participants from 15+ colleges/university like Amity University, SC BOSE YMCA University, Gargi College, Jamia Milli Islamia University gave a tough competition to each other.
Clan Rhinos organized this event to offer students a platform for demonstrating the value of teamwork. The winners of the Duo-Debate were Harshit Misra, and Shourya Mehrota from Galgotia University, Greater Noida. Second prize winners were Gambhir Bhatia and Anirvin Sharma from ASET, Noida. Winners were awarded cash prize and certificates. All the participants were rewarded certificates.
To cover the worth living expression of the participating students, a photography competition was also organized which is judged by Mr. Saif, Associate Professor, CSE, MRIU. The gratified winner of the photography was Sachin Rajput from ITI, Delhi stood first position and Tekender Singh from CSE, MRIU was runner up.
