Brief Profile-

Dr. Surbhi Kapur has extensive experience in teaching, training, content creation and curricular development in the area of Business Communication. Besides instructional designing with a special focus on student employability and current communication trends, she has been actively involved in student and doctoral research supervision. She has conducted communication workshops as well as managerial development programs on communicating cross-culturally and across the gender divide, persuasive presenting and contemporary business writing. A Ph.D. and postgraduate in English, she has consistently weaved language effectiveness into industry requirement as a vital component of student development. At present she is a Professor in Business Communication at the Faculty of Management Studies, Manav Rachna International University, Delhi-Surajkund Road and is also the Professor-In-Charge, Training and Placement.
