She is Masters in Community Resource Management and Extension and MBA in Human Resource. Her area of research is Health Promotion. She is certified level two anthropometrist accredited by International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry. She was also selected as member International consultation on Worksite Health Promotion programme organized by World Health Organization, 2010.She has been nominated for Faculty Exchange programme at Leeds University, UK 2010 .Also nominated for collaborative research programme under scholarship scheme by University of Tsukuba, Japan in 2011 sponsored by Japanese Government and was awarded with Best Research Proposal award by University of Tsukuba, Japan. She has also represented University in Study in India programme at Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2013 and faculty coordinator with the team of students representing University at 11 th Inter Medical School Physiology Quiz (IMSPQ) organized by University of Malaya, Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia 2013. Nominated as member of the scientific advisory Board of Global community Health (GCH). She has been invited as VIP delegate by Scientific Committee of Global Forum for Physical Education and Pedagoggy (GoFPEP) in 2014, at South Africa for presenting a scientific paper on Model school promoting Health and Wellness and nominated as member scientific committee GoFPEP 2016, Turkey for international representation to promote health and wellness of children, youth and community globally . She is also working as coordinator for International project on ‘Global Health and Physical Education School Network (GHPESN) in Partnership with School, Community and University through Technology (Pilot Study)’ – BRAIN BREAKS in association with HOP Sports Inc, USA. . She has to her credit many research publications in National and International Journals. She has worked in various research projects funded by UNICEF and Directorate of Marketing and Inspection and also presented oral and poster presentations at various International Conferences. She has been invited as invited speaker and chairperson at various scientific forums organized by Indian Dietetic Association , CII, PHD , ASSOCHAM and many more .Having vast rich teaching and research experience of more than 16 years she had also won many awards and laurels. She was also honored by The Hindustan Times Schools Programme for Commitment towards Excellence in Education and edited three books on The Science of Human Movement, Sports Psychology and Training and Exercise Physiology and Nutrition also working as member editorial board of MR International Journal of Applied Health Sciences.
She was elected as sports President FOR College Union, Delhi University. She has won many laurels and awards in sports and extracurricular activities. She was also awarded with Best Scout/Guide helper award by Bharat Scout and Guide. Acting as Chief of clan Water Sharks under MRLSP.
