Mr. Kanwal Jeet Jawa is a Bachelor of Engineering and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management. He has been closely involved in strategy formulation, business process re-engineering, major projects implementation that incorporates establishing leading air-conditioning organizations and further creating value for the brand and customers alike. Throughout his career, Mr. Jawa has held various senior management positions in the field. His multifaceted personality, immense perseverance and sustained hard work have helped him explore the unexplored and brought him phenomenal accomplishments. He is known for his business acumen, innovative ideas and people-centric leadership. His outlook and positive demeanor endears both his peers and subordinates, and establishes him as the perpetual source of inspiration and an asset to humanity. Mr. Jawa is truly an iconic alchemist.
